We offer 2 seatings per day at 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Check in time is 15 minutes before boil time. Please confirm your orders with us directly ahead of your reservation. Fish Boils- Monday, Wednesday, and FridayCajun Boils- Tuesday, Thursday, and SaturdayFish boils are Door County’s only indigenous dish, brought to the Peninsula by Scandinavian immigrants. Our Masterboiler slices fresh fish into chunks, then boils it with baby red potatoes and sweet onions. The fish boil kettle is brought to a boil over an open fire… when the fish is cooked to perfection, a small amount of kerosene is poured into the base of the fire. The result? A spectacular burst of flames and the famous boil-over that leaves the food ready to be immediately served at your table inside the restaurant. Fish, potatoes, and onions served with fresh lemons, melted butter, coleslaw, homemade sweet breads and Door County cherry pie.Great craft beers & wine selection!

The staff at Lure are fantastic, super accommodating, and very personable. They were able to adjust our reservation time when our schedule changed. Food came at a good pace that allowed us to enjoy each course and not feel rushed. And to top it off, everything was delicious. Lobster bisque, calamari, salmon, crab cakes, key lime pie and cherry pie...it was all top notch! I would definitely recommend and we will visit again!

Great food, oven baked whitefish was amazing and the carrot cake. I had selected my seating for upstairs and it seemed last minute they called and we were moved to to a party. Being outside, there were some flies but not terrible. Noise level was typical of an outdoor style restaurant. Over all, I’d definitely go back… the food was AMAZING!!

We love Barringer’s!!! We come every year when we visit DC. The food, drinks and service is always excellent. This year, the fruit flies were terrible. We understand that you have an open concept bar area but it was to the point of unappetizing. Just wanted to pass that along. We will be back but wanted to make someone aware.

We had a very good dining experience with the quality and preparation of the food and the fine level of service. Only one negative marred the experience a bit. The dessert menu listed a “seasonal fruit tart”. What was served was a chocolate banana cream tart. There were no other fruits in the tart. I had expected perhaps blueberries and/or peaches and plums (those two are particularly in season at the moment). Under no circumstances is a banana considered a “seasonal fruit”. I questioned our waiter if this was the correct tart as there were no seasonal fruits and he replied that was the fruit tart. He offered me another dessert, which I chose the crème brûlée. He said he wouldn’t charge for that choice. I really don’t like banana cream pie, so when he offered to box that to take out, I declined. The bill showed a $10 charge for the one tiny bite I’d taken from the banana cream tart instead of the $6 charge for the crème brûlée which I ended up eating.
