We kept seeing this spot pop up all over Instagram for their Memorial Day brunch, so we figured it was time to check it out. We showed up around 11:30 AM and it was already buzzing. Luckily, we had booked a table a couple of weeks in advance—definitely recommend doing that, because the place fills up fast. Parking in downtown is always a bit of a challenge, but there’s a garage connected to the restaurant. We parked there and got it validated—ended up being $9 for three hours, which isn’t too bad. Our table was upstairs on the second floor. The space is open and airy with high ceilings and big windows overlooking the river and Nissan Stadium. We ordered two dishes and a drink, and everything came out in less than five minutes. Seriously impressive service. Taco Tuesday Lager This was light, crisp, and super refreshing. A perfect pairing for brunch—easy to drink and not too heavy. Lobster Roll (Manhattan Style) This is their signature dish, and it totally lived up to the hype. We went for the warm, buttery Manhattan-style version. The lobster was juicy and flavorful—gave me flashbacks to Chelsea Market in NYC. The roll itself was just right: soft and fluffy on the inside with a perfectly toasted, crispy exterior. Definitely a standout. Fried Chicken Stack We saw this on their Instagram and had to give it a shot. The French toast was a bit dry for my taste, but the fried chicken made up for it. Southern-style, super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—perfectly seasoned too. The savory, spicy meat sauce balanced nicely with the sweet syrup and French toast. And the fried egg with the runny yolk? That just took it over the top. Honestly, I think this version beats a lot of what I’ve had at other Southern spots. Highly recommend. All in all, we were really impressed. The food was great, the service was lightning fast, and the atmosphere was just right for a laid-back brunch. I’d absolutely recommend it.
