"A recent visit to Blowing Rock was our first to Twigs, but when we return we will dine there often. The menu is interesting and varied and the dishes we chose (vela and trout) were delicious as well as beautifully presented. We appreciated that a salad, as well as sides, are included which makes the cost of a meal very reasonable. Even though we didn't have wine, we noted the extensive list and knew that it would be popular with the serious wine drinkers. We also appreciated the spacious seating that allowed for conversation as well as the low key and tasteful decor. Our server was knowledgeable and efficient and observations of other staff, it is obvious that they are well-trained and professional. Our Twigs experience was a highlight of a couples getaway, and we look forward to another visit before too long."See more
