Excellent quality food and teas served in a warm friendly environment. Initial welcome and serving of food and teas served promptly. Sadly, the service quality then waned and we had to ask each time we needed something e.g. fresh plates and a second pot of tea which then came as requested. After the initial welcome we didn’t really feel that well looked after!

It was a rare occasion. My son and I decided to meet up, just the two of us to mull over how things were going without hundreds of children vying for attention. It was such a wonderful choice to meet a beautiful balance of friendly casual efficency in an environment which was bustling without crowding in. I grew up in Singapore and love the food of Boogie Street and my son taught in Bangkok and loved to restaurants but also the islands like Koh Semet. The food in Pho was astounding and authentic - from the tounge tingling Green Papaya salad to the Classic beef brisket and noodles - and arrived within minutes beautifully presented with some nice touches like a stylish ladel, side salad, and even a bib in case we were sloppy eaters. The staff were great. No one hovered or hassled but someone was on hand whenever we needed something. Needless to say we couldn't recommend Pho more highly and will be bringing the whole next time

Lovely meal and great service. I always get the duck salad as a starter at The Ivy and this time the amount of duck on the plate felt slightly lacking but the flavour was still incredible. The Blackened Cod was brilliant as usual, as well as the scallops and sea bass. Very pleasant experience

We had the set 3 course meal which was value for money and the food was really yummy and tasty and the manager very helpful
