Experience dining approximately 30 feet below ground in historic caverns that were hand built in the 1800's. Accidentally discovered in 2018 during the building of our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex, we have refurbished the caverns once used to store beer before air conditioning into a one of a kind dining experience. This restaurant is a gem. Always an excellent experience with exemplary food, service and ambience. We had an early dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we made a reservation for the bar. I ordered the pork chop which was tender and quite tasty and my wife ordered the salmon Oscar which she noted was cooked to perfection. We also each had a caesar salad which was delicious. The service was attentive and we enjoyed our visit. Plan to come back again soon.

Great to see owners such a nice touch. Meat and cheese board underwhelming vs prior year need to add truffle honey or some jams. Fish too much breading and chips under cooked. But we love it there and will be back as always. Thanks
