The Red Lion Inn fue inaugurado en 1773 y goza de una excelente reputación por su soberbia comida y su genuina hospitalidad rural. Estas tradiciones las mantiene a día de hoy el jefe de cocina Brian J. Alberg, cuya gastronomía contemporánea hunde sus raíces en la historia y la cosecha de la región.
