First meal at Axel’s and it was very good. I had filet mignon which had good flavor but medium well was almost well. Green beans, baked potato, and seafood soup were all delicious. The popups and maple butter were an unusual treat. No room for dessert!

The live music was great! The platter to share is an awesome deal & very tasty

The atmosphere is casual, unassuming and clean. The service was very good as were our breakfasts. This local restaurant is not a franchise, but a family owned place that deserves to be patronized. We will certainly be back.

They closed the Red Lobster in my suburb so had to drive a bit to get to this one for a Ladies lunch. So impressed with the cleanliness, service and food! We had an awesome waiter, Nate, who was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this Red Lobster! It reminded me of the initial years they were open and excelled, unfortunately the one in my town went downhill in a big way but this one is so refreshing!
