We ate here last night. The scallops and black pudding for starters was delicious as was the seafood pie for the main course. Service was excellent.

The experience was lovely! However, I was a bit disappointed as we were here from Canada to celebrate my mom's 65th birthday and I mentioned that to the staff. The table beside us received a birthday celebration acknowledgement and a treat with a birthday candle and my mom didn't. It would have been nice to also have that treatment. I also went to open my takeaway box, as the food portions are generous and we couldn't finish our desserts and they did not package up some of the dessert, and a few were missing.

A lovely meal at JW’s brasserie, as well as attentive staff. We had starters & mains and too full for dessert - good quality all round, thank you!

We had delicious food in a relaxed, comfortable setting with extremely pleasant and helpful waiting staff. We were running half an hour late and when I phoned to explain, I was treated very kindly and our table was kept for us which we really appreciate. Complimentary chips were brought to our table which, again, was most kind.

Wonderful food, the chowder, fish pie, beef stew, fish and chips and desserts. Felt very welcomed by all the staff. Great place to eat with the family.
