Restaurants near Indiana Dunes State Park

Seating is very tight. They could have done with one less table in the row where we sat. In the future I will request a table at the front where there is more privacy. It felt like the people on either side of our table were part of our party.

While visiting the area, my wife and I dined at Root & Bone for dinner. The service was excellent from the start and we had zero wait time. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We ordered cocktails from the bar that were fantastic. Our dinner options were absolutely awesome!! Overall , the atmosphere was amazing and fun. I highly recommend this restaurant if in the Chesterton area.

From the bread board, wine and ribeye with cowboy butter, food was excellent!!!!

We all had great meals and super service by Joey. Love the menu! Cannot wait to come back and try other items. Thank You
