What a great experience we had at Cobalt. We ate outside and had the most beautiful views with a great sunset. We all had steaks or short ribs and everything was cooked to perfection. Excellent sides, whipped potatoes, asparagus and broccolini. Fresh and delicious oysters and cocktails to start. Celebrating a birthday and the birthday girl was brought a delicious key lime pie. The icing on the meal was our server Jonathan. He was friendly, accommodating, informative and just made our experience so much more enjoyable. Ask for him next time you go.

We have never had more delicious yellow tail snapper and Dover sole anywhere. The served portions were generous and nicely presented. The meals are expensive but worth it especially for a celebratory event. Eating outside is the only way to go.

Our meals were delicious and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The burrata was delicious and the flounder was perfect. The pasta was a bit salty but delicious bday make sure that you get the home baked bread with compound butter. So good but pricey!
