    We had another fabulous meal at Cooper's Hawk. I dined yesterday at lunchtime with two gal pals, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had a cup of the always-superb seafood bisque, followed by the lunch-portion pork chop with Mary's Potatoes and broccolini. Everything was cooked to perfection and super delish! My companions had salmon and shrimp dishes, and both were delighted with their choices. We shared a bottle of the wine of the month, Zibibbo, a crisp white wine that was dry with only a tiny hint of sweetness - not quite as dry as a chardonnay. It went well with all of our food choices. Our server, Brie, did a great job of taking care of us. She was knowledgeable about the wines and the menu items. I've been dining at the Merrillville, IN CH for about ten years and have never had a meal there which was less than superb!

    I went on a Tuesday for the BOGO - that’s really the only day worth going because the wings are really small. I do not recommend the Asian Zing sauce. The service was great! It was loud but it’s also a sports bar, so I didn’t mind that. Overall, 3.5 out of 5 stars.
