    This was probably my 3rd time here in the past two years that my daughter has been a student at WCU. She ALWAYS requests to come here when I come visit her at school. It was a super busy Friday in town with the WCU alumni events but it made it all the more better! All that activity and life! Thankfully I made a reservation here and we got in quickly. Opa was probably the busiest restaurant in town that night! BUT the service and food as always is impeccable!

    From start to finish, the service was warm and welcoming. I’d been looking forward to dining here since it opened, and it truly exceeded expectations. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. I ordered the filet mignon on its own—it was incredibly tender, melting in my mouth. My daughter and our friend really enjoyed the family-style sides, and the drink selection was a delightful bonus. I’m already looking forward to our next visit!
