Coast at the Hythe Imperial offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons. We had booked outside to eat but weather was bad but they accommodated us inside with no hesitation... The lady that served us was very friendly and helpful too. We all enjoyed our food too.

Beautiful setting overlooking the bay. The weather was fabulous while we were there so we were able to sit outside to eat. Service was very slow, portions were tiny and food wasn't hot. Staff were lovely but a bit stressed as it was so busy.

Staff were attentive and friendly The thing that let it down was the tea cups were chunky white cheap ones that didn't match the saucers. It was something that the Premier Inn or travel lodge would use. Afternoon tea should be in china cups I think. Apart from that it was lovely

Fabulous fine dining. Food and service excellent. Very comfortable and beautiful setting. We really loved it and it was very reasonably priced.
