Enjoy the finest locally sourced ingredients served with simplicity and style, with menus that change with the seasons to reflect the seasonality of the produce we use. Coast at the Hythe Imperial offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons. An outstanding meal in easy surroundings and with great service. You must try the crispy lamb snack, the chilli and garlic prawns main course and the rhubarb and custard pudding. All beautifully presented and absolutely sublime to eat. That’s probably my menu of choice but then the lemon meringue pie looked equally delightful!

The atmosphere was relaxed but vibrant. What a treat to sit and look out over the sea while eating gorgeous food. I had the calamari and the sea bass and it was superb. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Fabulous fine dining. Food and service excellent. Very comfortable and beautiful setting. We really loved it and it was very reasonably priced.
