Fabulous food and experience! Beignets were amazing! We both had gumbo for brunch-extremely tasty…a “wow” in every bite! Man-mosa with OJ and Belgian Ale for me is always a treat too. TJ and her crew made this brunch celebration memorable for sure! This is a hidden gem in Coeur d’Alene and worth the drive from Spokane. We will be back again!

Dinner was great and service was 6 star! Our table of 7 could not have had a nicer experience. Thank you Idaho Club!

Dining at this restaurant is an unique experience. I mean unique as in good. Or in this case very, very good. It seems that the owner/chef has the process pretty well dialed in. This is a case if “you get what you pay for”. Suggest any patron be casually aware of what to expect i.e. time allocation, size of portions, number of servings, etc. Communication with the restaurant was easy. And it appears that they go out of their way to accommodate dietary needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Candle in the Woods.

We had a wonderful experience dining at Taverna last night. The food was exemplary, the drinks were good and the service was outstanding. We dined outside on the patio and the weather was perfect. There was a large party inside and the sound volume was quite a bit louder. It was a nice drive from Coeur d'Alene and we will definitely be back.
