Gorgeous setting. Excellent service. Incredible food. Plus, they surprised my daughter with the most delicious cookie, straight out of the oven , complete with a birthday candle. I will definitely be back.

One of the best restaurants I have been to. Food was exceptional, ambiance was amazing and the service was overall incredible. 10/10 rating for me I will nit pick a bit. It did feel the food took a while to come out, this was a packed restaurant so I can understand it didn’t take super long but the wait was noticeable. However, when the food did come out it was truly amazing. One more thing that I would point out is the seating, especially for the winter months the restaurant is comfortable but when the doors open and you’re having dinner, you do feel that freezing brisk air while you’re dining. However, again this does not take away from the overall experience this is now one of my favorite restaurants.

Fantastic service and even better food. 2 sake, 2 appetizers, 3 entrées and 2 desserts. The pork buns and the crispy shrimp were amazing! The sweet and sour pork was something to talk about. While both desserts were great, the coconut tapioca pudding was remarkable. It was a perfect birthday date! Highly recommended it for any occasion .

Everything was outstanding!! The food was really excellent, and they accommodated my dietary restrictions very well. Our server, Connor, was probably the best server that I've ever had! He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs! Just fabulous!! We had a birthday celebrant with us, and Connor, as well as the manager, Hans, went out of their way to wish him a Happy Birthday, and even brought his dessert (scrumptious chocolate lava cake) to the table with a sparkler candle and Happy Birthday messages and pictures drawn on his plate in chocolate. Also, the ambiance is fantastic! We had a window table, and the view of the Manhattan skyline is spectacular!! The noise level in the restaurant was very low, so it was very easy to have a nice conversation. All in all, our experience was top-notch in every way! We would highly recommend the Chart House for a special occasion, or just if you want to have a superior meal and experience at any time! Bravo, Chart House!! A special shout out to the manager, Hans, also, who came over to our table to chat, even though I am sure he is super busy! Clearly, he knows how to run a fabulous restaurant like the Chart House!!

Our great experience started upon entering the restaurant. A warm welcome until getting to our table and great service from there. We were never rushed. Our food was cooked correctly and tasted amazing.
