This is one of the best meals I have experienced and definitely worth the Michelin star! Bone marrow butter is something every human should experience at least once, and my steak was perfectly cooked and between the black garlic sauce, salsa, asparagus with lobster cream, it was a perfect riot of flavor and an incredible plate. My wife had the roast chicken which was incredible and the beet salad and ash tempura shrimp are not to be missed either. Fantastic service and ambiance. Top 10 all time for me.

We had a wonderful time at Sage on our trip to Cabo! The food was amazing - I highly recommend the oysters, best ever! If you’re looking for a place to have dinner before going to Thursday Art Walk, it’s perfect. Service was excellent.

Alan was a great server. Got a tour of the kombucha lab and an explanation of how they they make the juju and some of their infused libations…very nice
