Miguel was very kind when serving us. The food was like eating art it was exquisite. They do valet parking so that was a bonus since the parking in Tulum is intimidating. Valet is complementary and you tip. However, one of the young men made it sound like you have to pay. Felt a little scammy so I double checked. Tipping is appreciate. The ambiance was spectacular and a total experience. We had dinner at 8pm so sadly we didn’t get to see it during the day. But the night was romantic and magical.

The service here was excellent! I had a wonderful time for my birthday!

Manuel and staff did a fabulous job making us feel special. The service and food were amazing. It was a quiet evening-which was so welcoming (lots of places play music too loud). Would definitely return.

We just had an amazing experience at this restaurant with Jonathan as our server. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. Jonathan was incredibly charming and attentive, making our evening truly special. Highly recommended!

I visited on 15 Dec for lunch at 11:30. The drinks were not value for money. We both ordered smoothies: Latte Pearl Fusion & Sunset Tropic Tapioca Both were listed as Smoothies with Tapioca, both our drinks were disappointing. For 250 pesos we got a very watery drink that wasn’t even close to a smoothie. We felt cheated. The Pearl Fusion was the worst. Tasteless and thin and nothing close to a smoothie. The Sunset Tapioca was tasty but again nothing close to a smoothie and we are guessing that the kitchen staff were not trained and what we got was a completely different version of what the menu said. For this. The Hummus and gluten free pita and chocolate cake were divine.
