Excellent food and great service. Drinks were delicious too.

The service & food were 10/10. The restaurant is essentially open air, making it hot and stuffy. We got seated next to the main door and the staff brought in fans to help cool our group. Highly advise getting a space next to doors or windows to get some air.

The service was excellent. Edgar was very attentive and was able to answer all of our questions about the menu. Team Franco was able to accommodate our daughter’s dietary restrictions without issue. The food was amazing. We would recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.

It was an awesome experience from the time we arrived, throughout the whole evening. The staff were very friendly, helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is very chic and modern....loved the light displays and mirror ball. The music was perfect eclectic/ chill vide that wasn't loud so you could enjoy conversation at your table. Definitely will go back and have already been recommending it to friends.

By far the best service I've ever received, coming from someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. I took my 2.5-year-old baby (yes, terrible twos!), and not only did they ensure the ambiance was suitable, they also ensured she was pampered by proactively tailoring her needs, like bringing her food before anything else, proactively bringing her easy-to-use chopsticks, and putting her drink in a plastic cup with a lid and straw. The food was superb; we celebrated Mother's Day, and my wife loves Japanese food. I'm not a big fan, but omg, everything was delicious. We're definitely coming back once my baby girl is 3 years old to use the kids' area.
