Our experience at Mardel was outstanding! The food was fresh and very high level! The drinks were very good as well. They carry a large wine selection and artesian local beers that were great! The service was great as well. Ulysses was very attentive and provided detailed information on the entire experience. I was very impressed with the sourcing and process of the fish. They also have a ranch where they source their land meats (pork, lamb, beef, etc). I highly recommend Mardel! It made our Veracruz experience very memorable!! Thank you Mardel team!

Cesar, our waitress did an splendid work. I can’t remember any other moment where the waitress was well trained, knowledgeable of the dishes and recommended in such an excellent way.

Angel helped us get the perfect menu and a fantastic experience, great guy! Food selection was fantastic I wish I could keep eating here everyday. Drinks were also very well prepared. Lovely place for both business and to eat with the family.
