The best food on island. The service is even better, quick, attentive and friendly. Chef is imaginative and knowledgeable with their ingredients. Such a magnificent experience; looking forward to our next magical evening at Gonzalo and the princess.

Excellent food and service. We went for Sunday Brunch, best meal we had while in Belize.

One of the best meals of my life, and in such a unique & special setting. The chef even came out to speak with us about the food, and another staff member showed us around the property.

This was an extraordinary dinner. We started with creative and delicious cocktails served with a sprig of rosemary that was lit at the table creating an intoxicating aroma. Then had three vegan dishes…the coconut ceviche, portobello mushroom, roasted plantain…the sauces and representation and the taste…all wonderful. Our favorite dish(though decidedly no vegan)…corn and pork pibil….completely wow.
