A5 grade beef, BMS10 and above, at reasonable prices. Only 4% of Kagoshima kuroge wagyu [black cattle Japanese beef] reaches this level. This is the only yakiniku [barbecued beef] restaurant in Japan in which the entire production process (breeding→fattening→processing→distribution→cooking) is undertaken by one single company, ensuring a stable supply of premium quality Japanese beef.

We carefully grill "Kumano Jidori (homebred chicken)" and its various "rare parts" with the local " Kishu charcoal" everyday, and give finishing touch to taste with "Shinju (pearl) Salt" produced in Ise Shima. Our dishes are cooked by owner chef who had learned and trained Japanese cuisine in Kyoto. In order for you to casually enjoy your meal time, we serve wide range of dishes - from a seasonal dish having accented flavor from ingredients and seasonings of Mie prefecture, to the standard dishes such as Obanzai (Kyoto-style home cooking) and the dishes regularly served in yakitori restaurant. For alcohol menu, we always have more than 10 kinds of Sake produced in Mie, that go well with yakitori and other dishes. You can feel your moment with your precious person more luxury and special when you enjoy our "Yakitori, seasonal dishes, and sake" in our modern and open restaurant interior that has a ceiling heights 5m, and a heavy and solid wood counter table.

It is the perfect place for a casual lunch. Enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner with dishes that include stone baked bibimbap or miso soup. Toraji Shibadaimon also has several meat dishes, such as ribs and skirt steak. The beverage menu at Toraji Shibadaimon is extensive and has something for everyone.
