I booked a table for a work dinner before another event that same day. I informed the hostess what time we needed to leave. Our waiter was not only very attentive, friendly, and efficient, he made sure we were aware of the time towards the middle and end of our meal so that we were able to leave on time. The service and food could not have been better! Thank you!

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. We started with Utica greens. They were delicious. I had the Steak Diane and my husband had a 14oz Delmonico steak with Daniella sauce. Initially, my husband was served the wrong meal. Our fantastic server Kim was apologetic and gracious. She made it right. We waited less than 10 minutes for the correct dinner. The owner, Charlie Roman also stopped by the table to apologize. Or dinners were great. Kim comped us dessert and coffee and Charlie bought us 2 limoncello after dinner drinks. All and all a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to return!

We had a party of 9 celebrating 3 birthdays. Our server, Helen, was super nice about running back and forth with our many requests. We definitely appreciated her! Our menu choices were varied. Steak, Alfredo, rice bowls, wings, mac & cheese, etc. Everything was fantastic! For a party of 9 with multiple appetizers and drinks, our bill was just a hair under $400 (after a $25 Syracuse Eats coupon). The place was clean, spacious, well lit without being bright, and the service was spot on. Jammer’s will get a second visit from us!
