Our server was Rob. Her has to be one of the best servers we’ve ever had! Attentive without being overbearing. Friendly but also gave us space for conversation so we enjoyed the delicious food and good company. What you hope for when dining at a nice restaurant for a special occasion.

This was our first visit to Estia and we had a lovely family dinner. Ambience of the restaurant is great, service was good, and all the food was phenomenal. We started with bread, oysters and Spreads Pikilia. Oysters were very fresh and delicious. The spreads we had were the Htipiti, Melitzanosalata, and Fava. All 3 were delicious and served with grilled pita bread. Our party ordered the Lamb Chops, Mixed Seafood Orzo, and Lobster Linguini. Lamb Chops were very tender and paired well with the tzatziki and fried potatoes. The pasta dishes were really well done - sauce was flavorful and the seafood was so fresh. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back again.

The prime rib is delicious and a very large portion. I always get it when I go to Firebird.
