Restaurants near Hilton Grand Vacations Suites at The Flamingo

First time at Nobu and wasn’t disappointed. I will start with the staff… Arrived within minutes of our reservation and was seated immediately. Greeted by our server Tyler and we asked him to help with the menu. The amount of information that he was able to give us about not only the food but the preparation and Chef Nobu himself was amazing. We started with Tuna Avocado Cilantro as our Cold dish and the flavor was very full, but did overpower the Tuna. Next was the lobster and wagyu tacos. They had great flavor but for us the size was very small and for $20 each quite unrealistic for an additional course in the meal. Next we had the sushi rolls and we opted for the spicy scallop roll (my personal favorite) and the Yellowtail Jalapeno Roll. Both were very good and filling. Our final course was the hot dish… Beef Tenderloin Tobanyaki… this was amazing with great flavor and filled us up. This dish was served on a hot plate with carmelized onions and asparagus! Overall it was a great expectant we will be back to test more items on the menu!

Our second time here with excellent expected results. The service is top notch and quick. We had a chicken dish and ravioli. The portions are large...classic delicious red sauce, never ending wine and garlic bread. This restaurant is not to be missed.

Very clean and well stocked. Very efficient. Good Varieties. Seafood stations were satisfactory. Prime Ribs and Briskets were excellent. Asian station were below average.

What a wonderful business meal we had. The restaurant was able to accommodate our last minute change to an earlier hour and we were seated promptly once everyone arrived. While we were waiting for the rest of our party, the bar served a perfect manhattan. The house wine (don’t remember) was a delicious unoaked chardonnay. I asked others at the bar what is their suggestion for a first timer and the vote was unanimous: Giada’s Lemon Spaghetti. And they were right. The fresh pasta was perfectly al dente, the shrimp and scallops were perfectly cooked and the lemon sauce was delightfully light with lemon, rich and creamy, but not heavy. It was delicious. The tower sampler of Giada’s favorite apps was fantastic, as was the bread course. This was a clear 10/10 and the noise level allowed us to have a great business discussion. Well done!

Breakfasts were delicious — the bananas foster crepes were to die for and eggs Benedict’s were also delicious. The street musician was loud outside through no fault of Mon Ami Gabi and we still enjoyed our outdoor experience which was nicely shaded. Waitstaff was prompt and very kind. Such a great spot!
