White Dog Cafe's newest location brings local, seasonal, and sustainable dining to Chester County. The original Vickers Tavern has been completely renovated, and the White Dog Cafe has preserved the building's history while adding chic farmhouse aesthetics and dog-themed decor.     We chose from the Handheld section of the menu. Hubby got the catfish po boy and I got the smash burger. They were both very good. Their french fries are really good, too! Our server was excellent. Free parking in their garage is a plus, and we could keep our car there during a show at the Santander after dinner for no additional charge. I recommend!

    Valentines Day we usually stay home, we ventured out with our 6:45 reservation. We were seated pretty quickly. Buuuut the kitchen was so backed up. We didn't get our food for over an hour. Our waitress was very attentive and apolgetic. But it was a reminder to stay in on Valentines Day!

    My husband and I had a great experience Saturday night. The service was friendly and prompt. We were made to feel welcomed and that they really cared about providing a good experience. The food was really fresh. Everything tasted homemade and wonderful. I had the ribeye and my husband had the french onion soup (he said it was amazing) and the scallops. Everything was delicious. We shared the carrot cake for dessert and it was easily the best we have ever had. We will definitely come back. I live in the Philadelphia area and am accustomed to great restaurants. The food and service here was excellent and the prices make Christine's Creekside Inn a fantastic value.
