I wasn't born or raised here, but in 50 years of living in this area I have never experienced the high, exquisite quality of both food and service that Cut 158 offers and consistently provides. For special occasions or just to treat yourself, this is the go-to place in the Joliet area.

Great food and wine! Hard to hear the people at your table, it's a bit loud in there.

I love the father's day T-bone special our waitress Alexis suggested. It just should of had a option of a salad the fries and brussel sprouts are not good. The steak here is made to perfection.

Went for my husband’s 60th birthday. Very nice restaurant. Excellent filet and potatoes. Drink’s were great. Excellent service. We will definitely return and recommend Juliet’s to our friends and family.
