The original Vickers Tavern has been completely renovated, and the White Dog Cafe has preserved the building's history while adding chic farmhouse aesthetics and dog-themed decor. A wonderful dining experience! We were celebrating a birthday and our birthday girl was made to feel so special. The food was great, as was the service, but all of the extra touches made the evening so special; the rolls presented in a wicker basket with a gingham liner, Happy Birthday written in chocolate with chocolate dog paws on the complimentary dessert plate,, our granddaughter’s dog shaped pasta to name a few. The room we were in was lovely and not noisy at all. We could carry on a conversation and hear each other easily. If you’re looking for a special dining experience, I highly recommend white Dog in Chester Springs.

Great food, excellent service and a quiet ambience. We were there for lunch and although the portions are half what they are for dinner, they were still huge. Dinner portions usually give us enough to take home for another meal. Highly recommended
