As always delicious food, phenomenal drinks and excellent service.

Casandra, our server, made our experience absolutely the best! It would have already been five-star based on the ambience, food and support waitstaff efforts. But Casandra took it over the top with perfectly paced service, genuine and intelligent conversation and a high level of knowledge about the menu/flavors/ingredients/pairings. She’s studying PR—consider offering her an exec PR role within your company. She’s sharp. Also it was a perfect dinner to recognize our 18th wedding anniversary.

An absolute pleasure tonight at Rosebud. Our friend of ten plus years and her team, took care of us. We started with the delish chopped salad. See prior reviews. Loaded with goodies. We opted for two skirt steaks tonight. Both cooked to temperature and seasoned perfectly. Accompanying the steaks were delish sautéed onions, garlic broccolini and potato’s. We finished with the always crowd pleasing banana cream pie.

Great, authentic Italian food! Not a fancy place - something you would find in little Italy in NY

The room was comfortable. The food was thoughtful & delcious. Service was friendly & spot on. We ate at 1pm & soon was one of a few tables in the restaurant. We were never rushed. The staff understands hospitality. We’ll be back soon!
