Lovely food and service. BIg plus is the fact this was nut free restaurant, as our daughter has a nut allergy. Thanks so much for that. I wish other restaurants followed your lead! We will visit this and other locations due to that as well as the great food! Thank you !

Absolute highest quality food, cooked perfectly. Every bite was a delight. Extremely well priced for the food quality and the skill with which it is prepared. We had oysters, kibbitz (chunks of fried fish), salmon entree, Dover sole entree, and sides of roasted carrots and asparagus. The oysters were the best we had in our visit to Amsterdam (and we had had the same variety at a tasting restaurant the night before). The salmon was cooked in a way that is hard to describe but it gave a taste and intensity of experience that was an immense pleasure to eat. The wine was suggested by the head waiter and coordinated with all the food beautifully. This is a must for any visit to Amsterdam!!! So thrilled with our experience. You can tell that everyone there is truly expert with seafood and they are focused on making sure you have the best experience.

Great and lovely evening at Mesa Mesa! We had a nice table at the bar, overlooking the open kitchen. The food and the ambiance were amazing and very pleasant! We had a nice chat with the chef and told him that the pinxto with beef and foie gros was our highlight of the evening (so tender and juicy and a perfect flavor combination), and he made us another one on the house! Also lovely wine. Overall we had a perfect evening and enjoyed ourselves and the great food. Definitely give it a try!

It was a great experience overall we loved every part and all the servers were incredible kind and welcomed our questions.
