Our server was delightful, the cocktails were delicious and the food was amazing - all 4 of us had clean plates! We were full but not excessively so; the perfect amount of food. I had the risotto (vegan) and it was one of the best dishes I've had in a long time!

The grounds are beautiful! So much care has gone isn’t their landscaping. Ponds with waterfalls, giant Dahlias, extensive gardens. We ate outside on a beautiful evening. Now for the staffing, it was one of the best orchestrated group of managers and workers I have ever seen. 2 Weddings, Large 50th Birthday Party besides all the many couples celebrating just a beautiful evening, Every table was filled. As soon as one table was cleared, it was cleaned up and reset within 5 minutes. So efficient! This was outside only, not inside the Manor. The food was great as always. A great time was had by all!

We love Coopers Hawk. Like most places they struggled at times during and after Covid. But have begun recovering nicely. This site opened in early summer 2024 and had its bumps but each time we have gone they have continued to improve. We went on a Friday and the service and food and everything was just perfect. Ben is a true gem as a server and most of the staff is outstanding. They do need to get some noise damping devices in the large room. But it isn’t horrible, just takes a bit to adjust.

We had amazing service, great drinks (recommended by server). Attentive, food was very good.

A slightly mixed bag for our first visit. We enjoyed the quirky ambience and attentive service along with our cocktails and the firecracker shrimp appetizer which had tasty dipping sauces. My husband gave his Montana burger two thumbs up. I was disappointed, however, by the Cavatappi Mac ‘N’ Cheese. Described as having a 6-cheese truffle sauce, it was surprisingly bland and runny rather than having the creamy texture normally associated with this dish. The coke slaw side dish was good. I will try something else next time.
