- HHelenaVIPNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood here was really good! We had a wide variety of menu items - the kids had chocolate chip pancakes and eggs Benedict; the hubby a grilled chicken club, and I had the fish and chips. The hubby was least impressed with his club sandwich (the chicken was too dry and the sandwich needed some sort of dressing), but the kids and I loved what we ordered. We also had a giant cookie with ice cream and chocolate mousse cake for dessert. The waitress was super efficient and friendly. The food and drinks were delivered quickly - we arrived at 5:40 and were out the door after dinner and dessert by 6:25 for our 7:00 show. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick but satisfying pre-show dinner.More infoCarnegie Diner & Café – 828 8th Ave, New York, NYPrice: Moderate• American• Theater District•4.3

- DDavidPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe atmosphere was great and we were a large group of 9 seated at a large round table which is perfect for conversations. The food was excellent - in particular the veal chop was amazing as was the branzino. The lemon cheesecake was great and presented in an artistic way. The manager helped during the service and she was outstanding. We would definitely come back!More infoBad RomanPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper West Side•4.5

Love the bread and butter when you sit down. Waitstaff are lovely and on the ball. Great bar. Terrific for lunches, pre-theater and special occasions.More infoThe Palm West SidePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Theater District•4.6
