It is always a very enjoyable experience at Palominos for myself and the service and staff is always courteous and the service is excellent. The food items I have tried are all delicious and you can taste flavor profile of the food is something to enjoy along with a pairing of one of many wines they offer. This is the second time putting in a recommendation for this establishment and will be returning.

The food was really good and we had a nice server. The only issue we had was the availability. One of the ladies in our group ordered an Appletini. She always orders on there, but the mix was unavailable for the night we were there. Then she ordered the prim rib sandwich. You were out of Prime Rib. She was trying to decide what to get and the waiter suggested the ribeye. She didn't want to pay the price. She commented that it was too expensive and she didn't want to order something the expensive. He told her he would "make it right ". We assumed he was going to discount it for her. Should have gotten that in writing! Not the case, anyway after several minutes with the manager he took $20.00 off a $121.00 bill which had she gotten what she ordered her bill would have been around $55.00. This was handled very poorly, so we are going to have to rethink taking our group of 9ladies there in the future.

Ambience was great. Perfect for my business meeting. Food was good as well. Will be back.
