Made a reservation for our anniversary. The hostess was slightly less than excited to see us and not sure why. I think she may have been having a bad day. Regardless, we were seated in the “back bar” area, which had a couple long couch type seating along the wall and then tables pushed up against it. Now, I knew this was a more pricey spot, so I was really disappointed that I was sat in an area where it felt like the person next to me was at my table (due to the long couch). Not elegance at all. Not private either. Nevertheless, our drinks were spectacular, the service was unmatched, and the food was amazing! We had a lot of food. Both breads were excellent. We had the prime rib (wow!!!) and the filet (incredible). Drinks were fantastic, and not underpoured. Dessert - we had the praline cake and I could have taken a bath in that! It was incredible. My one criticism (and it’s a big one) is the seating. Get rid of the long couch seating. Diners HATE it, and at this price point I should feel like I’m at my own table and treated like I’m your only customer. Unfortunately, I felt like I couldn’t speak to my husband without my couch mate hearing every word, the waitress had to squeeze in between tables to say something to us, and made our night quite uncomfortable. Big no and I will never allow my seating there again. I want to come back but will refuse seating on any big couch in your establishment. Be better than a “routine restaurant” looking to maximize your space.

We were the only ones eating so it was quiet and waiter was very attentive. Food was good. Would go again.

Service, wine & hospitality was great. Always a great experience. Even though we didn’t see Mike doing the tasting, he was onsite for the software updates in management attire. He is amazing and appreciate seeing him acknowledged to contribute in other ways to the success of Cooper’s Hawk! We were there to celebrate our anniversary and missed Julius. Usually get free truffles on our anniversary. Looking forward to coming back when Julius is working. He is the best!!!

Delicious food and wonderful service by Joshua. Celebrated a family birthday and this was the perfect venue. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed!

Service was amazing and the pizza was great as usual.
