The food was exceptional and the ambience was great. The staff were welcoming and courteous, though there was a considerable wait before we could order our food. Despite the delay, the food arrived promptly and it was a great restaurant to dine at.

Everything about the evening was great. The staff were so lovely and were able to answer questions about the menu. You could see into the kitchen which was a nice touch and all the staff were working incredibly hard to create our delicious meal in very hot conditions. We were a larger group which didn't pose a problem. Overall it was a great experience and the food was delicious - clean plates all round!!

Started working here recently and Passed this pub often and wanted to try it , as looks nice. Wasnt disappointed. Even nicer on the inside. Booked lunch for valentines day. Good choice. Warm and cosy feel. Very welcoming environment and staff , lovely and friendly. Nothing to much trouble for them and with smiles . Looking forward to visiting again and enjoying a drink in the warm sunshine in there lovely looking beer garden. Thanks for a nice lunch . 5* plus
