    We make it a point to always end our trip in Miramar Beach with a dinner at Bijoux. It's the perfect way to end a lovely vacation. The food is always outstanding, as is the service. Unlike too many other restaurants in the area, the ambience is of a fine dining establishment, quiet and refined, yet still casual to not be "stuffy." The duck confit appetizer was outstanding, as was the shrimp and grits. I had the special fish of the night, similar to grouper, which seemed a tad overpriced at $49, but was still delicious.

    Inviting ambiance, great food, excellent service, friendly staff. When I told our server that we have enjoyed Emeril’s restaurants in Las Vegas, we were introduced to the General Manager and the Executive Chef. The GM assisted us in wine selection, and the Executive Chef spent time with us explaining the menu. We were treated like special guests. Overall, a fabulous experience.

    Great atmosphere...went for happy hour. Sat at the bar. $8 well cocktails. There were several apps and mains at reduced prices (but not the full menu). Recommend a reservation. This is a very popular place.
