Nora Gray is a Montreal gem that delivers perfection. The cozy, candle-lit ambiance, with sleek leather booths and warm wood, sets an intimate tone, matched by impeccable service. Our server’s expertise and warmth, paired with a stellar organic wine list, made the evening unforgettable. The Southern Italian fare shines—pillowy focaccia with top-tier olive oil started us off, followed by flawless handmade cavatelli and a juicy pork chop with braised cabbage. Every dish, crafted with fresh local ingredients, was sublime. Nora Gray is a must-visit, and we can’t wait to return!

J’ai profité du « MIDI GOURMAND 3 services » au coût de $50.00. Cela incluait une mise en bouche , une petite miche de pain toute chaude servie avec huiles aromatiques et beurre frais, un verre de vin, suivie de l’entrée (tartare d’omble chevalier accompagné de chips de riz aux crevettes), le repas principal (bavette de bœuf qui fondait dans la bouche servie avec un copieux bol de pad thaï) et le dessert (délice au mascarpone et barbe à papa à l’érable et mignardises). Merci à ma serveuse Brenda et ses acolytes pour le service courtois. Bravo au chef Jérôme Ferrer qui m’a salué lors de mon départ. Je compte bien y retourner car ce fut un délice pour le palais!
