En raison du succès du Cornstore Wine Bar & Restaurant Cork, un restaurant-soeur a ouvert ses portes à Limerick en novembre 2008, situé sur la rue piétonne Thomas Street, récemment rénovée et piétonne. Les concepts disposent de 3 étages offrant le style animé et bourdonnant de Manhattan et aussi une salle privée contemporaine chauffée où il est permis de fumer.
