We stayed one night in one of the rooms, so that's why we booked a meal here. It's a lovely pub/restaurant. The car area was freezing though, luckily the restaurant area was warmer. Food choice was good, and was really nice. Gutted the lamb special was sold out, would've liked that more than a burger.

Everything about our visit was just what we wanted. Easy parking, lovely welcome, a nice table in the main pub area, friendly service, and delicious food. There was a good choice of wines and a very reasonable bill at the end. It ticks all our boxes for a family evening out.

Another fantastic meal, we all tried something different this time and was pleasantly surprised . There was a new waitress on and it was her first shift , she did very well serving us nothing was too much trouble .
