Restaurant Wjelbik (meaning "pantry") is located in a 600-year old building in Bautzen. It's owned by the Mahling family, with their daughter Monika in charge of the restaurant and her husband Thomas Lukas operating as head chef. On the Wjelbik menu you'll find traditional Saxon and Lusatian dishes, such as Sorbian Wedding Soup, Lausitzer trout fillet and Caramelized rhubarb compote. Try a locally brewed beer or a fine wine to make your meal even sweeter. If you're staying in town for the night, you can rest in the Hotel Dom-Eck, a Sorbian hotel near the Wjelbik.

Alter Bierhof is a medieval themed restaurant in the historic 1000 year old town of Bautzen. A building has stood here for an indeterminate length of time, and though the original burned in a fire, it was rebuilt in 1720. The view from the Alter Bierhof is also perfect for enjoying Bautzen's historic landmarks and the Oberlausitzer mountains. Alter Bierhof's menu is tailored to its medieval heritage and includes such delights as steak with peppers and roasted breast of capon. It serves vegetarian dishes and has a beer garden that, as of 2016, was recently awarded best in the region.

In 1995 on October 1st this historical restaurant opened its doors with the slogan "Here you can- but you do not have to- forget table manners and eat as you want". The different premises offer room for 130 guests and in the monastic beergarden you can feel the atmosphere of the monks` yard. The monastic kitchen, the councillors` room, the seclusion and the study are ideal places to enjoy the medieval cuisine-made according to traditional recipes- in historical surrounding while having a family party, or being together with friends or business partners. Obviously, you eat homemade bread as well as vegetables from ecological farming, based not far from the monks` yard-everything without the „new and modern devilish rubbish“.

Rodizio - the unique "all you can eat" in Dresden. Rodizio - "all you can eat" is always from Monday - Saturday starting from 17:00 o'clock. If you prefer a classic steak you are also more than welcome. Additional to that we also offer dry aged Steaks, which are aged for 3 weeks in our aging fridge. An absolutly amazing steak, which we also offer is an irish Tomahawk. Perfect if you look for something special. Also you find good drinks and a Cocktail Happy Hour from Monday to Saturday from 16-17 o'clock & 21-22 o'clock.
