My wife and I went to Ruthie’s for the first time for both of us. I would have to say that the Prime Rib was the best that I have ever had. Service was excellent and food came out very fast.

Servers dragging tables and chairs combined with background music took away from our birthday celebration. Waitress couldn’t hear and got two orders wrong (only five of us). Foods good, not great and beer is delightfully cold.

Service was great and we didn’t have to sit in the corner! But I called ahead to make sure that we were not sitting in the corner.

They were short staffed and half of the restaurant was shut down with only two wait staff present and one of them was in training. Our waitress was excellent and we did not have to wait for food or service.
