Please enjoy the real luxurious food cooked with the seasonal ingredients and outstanding skills. It is often said that a bowl of stock soup made from fish is flower of Japanese cuisine. We take soup stock from dried young tuna, called "meji-bushi" which is hard to get in general market. The dishes that make use of the original flavor of the ingredients include not only the concepts of "First" that people in Edo era liked as a pleasure, but also "Best Season" and "Remains" in the menu. La Sora Seed is an Italian restaurant on the top floor of the Tokyo Solamachi Complex. The food, produced by Masayuki Okuda from the famous Al-che-cciano Italian slow-food restaurant in Yamagata (northern Honshu), prepared using the “mouth cooking” method, to maximize the flavour of the ingredients and create more than 30 dishes containing all the nutrients one needs for the day.
