We had a great time and overall found the food very flavourful and delicious. The secret burger was very good although not the best I’ve had in my life 😉 the burrata and the chicken nugget small plates were insanely good! Recommend the match cocktail too.

Each dish was beautifully presented and very interesting. We intend to return very soon.

Great pizza, Ceasars salad, and eggplant skillet! Waitress was very good and friendly.

Atmosphere in La Royal is a neat mix of open + personal -- high ceiling gives it loft, brick walls add authenticity, chefs cooking right behind the bar let you see where the food creativity happens, tall windows facing street put you 'in the neighborhood' atmospherically .. service is prompt + friendly, food is creative + delicious .. many good options. Would go again any time.
