The building is a fine example of Early American Dutch rubble architecture featuring wide planked random width board floors, a fire place in each of the main rooms and many small multi-level rooms.The Hoffman House is located at the corner of the historic Stockade district in Kingston NY, and once served as fortification and a lookout. We loved everything about here. Every menu item seemed so carefully thought out. The butter that comes with the bread. The homemade whipped cream on the dessert. Delicious!! People should start coming here when they visit the area
