The Hoffman House restaurant, in the scenic Hudson Valley, opened for business in June of 1977. The building is a fine example of Early American Dutch rubble architecture featuring wide planked random width board floors, a fire place in each of the main rooms and many small multi-level rooms.The Hoffman House is located at the corner of the historic Stockade district in Kingston NY, and once served as fortification and a lookout. Today the Hoffman House serves a continental fare, featuring steaks, fresh seafood, pasta specialties and homemade artisan desserts. I had the pleasure of dining here again, and once more, everything was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is attentive without being intrusive, and every dish is crafted with incredible care and flavor. You can truly feel the passion and dedication behind every detail — from the fresh ingredients to the thoughtfully curated menu. A true gem that keeps exceeding expectations. Already looking forward to my next visit!
