"While I would say generally that the overall experience was quite good and the staff were friendly and efficient, I could have wished for a bit more South Asian influence in the food. Here I’m talking about spices, marinade and the flavor they provide. I have a slight suspicion that the place might be “dumbing” things down a bit to cater for a perceived lack of tolerance in the American palate. If that is the case, I don’t think they should worry. "We LOVE Texas jacks. I tell everyone I meet it’s the best BBQ this side of the Mississippi, but really it could be the best on either side! Excellent service, great selection of drinks and sides, and perfect BBQ.
