Our kitchen is led by local talent Scott Hubble. Scott's food is seasonally inspired and locally sourced. His skillful approach elevates the best of Kent's produce to an exquisite, memorable fine dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a vaulted barn with exposed brick and beamed ceilings, soft lighting and comfortable seating. Our piano lounge offers the perfect place for a pre or post dinner cocktail. The jewel in our crown though is the acre of stunning gardens, eat al fresco at one of the tables dotted through our lawns or soak up the sun with a spritz from the garden bar.
