Restaurants near Flying Cloud Fields

We celebrated my husband's birthday last night at Jimmy's. We dine here a few times a year and have always found the food and service to be to our liking. Dinner last night was not up to their usual standards. Two at our table ordered the stuffed walleye and found it bland. I had the chicken piccata and thought it was bland plus the piccata sauce was creamy and I definitely prefer more of a clear piccata sauce. We had to send the calamari back as it tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. They replaced it with hot and crispy. The bread and drinks were delicious. The service at Jimmy's is always 5 star-warm and friendly.

I dine out frequently at a huge variety of restaurants. This was the best experience in the last few years and the best NY strip in about the last 10 years. Done perfectly as requested with a taste reminiscent of the fine steakhouses of the past.

Excellent service and great food. It was our first time visiting this restaurant and we will definitely be back.

Salads are great and so is the burger. A quiet venue for lunch - where you can actually carry on a conversation. Highly recommend.
