Jeff was our server, who successfully balanced our party of 2 while attending to a party of 13 and his other tables with kindness and professionalism. A busy night with UMass orientation did not significantly slow down the kitchen nor did it impact the excellent quality of the food that we so appreciate. It was also a night where the entire team helped each other, which is a clear sign of how they have each other’s backs. Well done!

We had a wonderful evening we ordered the two flatbreads and they were amazing. They were enough so we didn’t have to order a meal. A few cocktails to end the evening outside was fabulous. Will definitely go back. Our server Abby was great, attentive and friendly, would ask for her again. Overall top notch place. Can’t wait to go back.

Food was excellent, service was great also. Its kind of noisy but the excellent food makes up for it. N

Our food was very good, our server was very attentive and we were very pleased with our experience. I would recommend Mercantile for great dining in a pleasant setting.

We always enjoy visiting The Grove at the Woodbound Inn. Whether you sit inside in the dining room, in the Pub, outside on the porch, or the deck, it is always a wonderful, pleasant, and fun time.
