Man nimmt Platz an fein eingedeckten Tischen im rundum verglasten Restaurant und sitzt in der ersten Reihe, kann den Lotsen beim Wechsel zusehen und die großen Pötte beim Vorbeifahren bestaunen. Zu unserer Küche: "Wir sind keine Revolutionäre, keine jungen Wilden, sondern kochen klassisch-modern, handwerklich fundiert, mit Raum für den besonderen Einfall. Verarbeitet werden ausschließlich frische vorwiegend nachhaltig erzeugte Produkte bester Qualität.“ (Tarik Rose) Wer es etwas rustikaler mag, besucht den Engel Imbiss, der sich im Parterre des Ponton-Restaurants befindet. On est restés à Hamburg 5 jours et on venait au Café Paris deux fois par jour! Une pour le petit déjeuner et une pour le dîner. Alors que tous les jours tout était parfait, la dame qui nous a préparé à table le Tartare Café Paris non seulement a refusé de filmer la préparation (sans son visage bien évidemment, je l'avais clarifié), mais elle nous a interdit de prendre même une photo avec notre petit enfant de 4 ans avec le plat! Elle était la seule personne du Café Paris qui n'etait vraiment pas du tout gentille. Même la manière dont elle nous a parlé, elle était très impolie.
